Allison
A Hudson native and graduate, Allison is thrilled to return to her roots and serve the community at First Congregational Church of Hudson. Her passion for building inclusive spaces began during her time as a student in Hudson City Schools, and eventually led her to earn a BAEd from Kent State University with a concentration in Autism Spectrum Disorders.
Before joining the church staff, Allison spent five years as a Special Education teacher in the Cleveland Heights Schools, where she gained extensive experience in Conscious Discipline, Multisensory Instruction, and SEL curriculums. Her primary goal in this role is to bridge the gap between faith and accessibility, empowering our ministries to adapt and meet the unique needs of every member of our church family.
Outside of work, Allison loves exploring the arts and music scene, staying active outdoors, reading, or hitting the lanes for a game of bowling. She is truly energized to be part of this vibrant community and looks forward to helping the congregation grow into an even more welcoming home for people of all abilities.
