Room for More
“I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly.” — John 10:10
Room for More is an invitation to live fully into God’s vision of abundance. In a world often marked by scarcity, exclusion, and fear, we proclaim a different story: that God’s table is always expanding, and there is more than enough grace to go around. We are making room for more joy, more justice, more compassion, and more imagination. Together, we will practice being a community that trusts in God’s abundance and shares it freely with the world.
Exploring Room for More
Room for More is an invitation into God’s vision of abundant life—and that includes you. In a world that often says there isn’t enough space, time, or love, we believe differently: there is more than enough grace, joy, and belonging for you here.
There are several moments throughout the year--such as World Communion Sunday, Advent and Lent--where the theme of Room for More is especially fitting. In addition to these liturgical events, we will also touch on the theme weekly in worship and through book and Bible studies. Stay tuned!

World Communion Sunday
“And all ate and were filled; and they took up what was left over of the broken pieces, twelve baskets full.” — Matthew 14:20
Room for More reminds us that God’s abundance is never exhausted. When Jesus took the loaves and fishes and blessed them, what seemed small and insufficient became a feast with more than enough for everyone. In God’s kingdom, no one goes hungry, no one is forgotten, and there is always room at the table. As a church, we are called to trust this abundance—to share generously, to extend hospitality freely, and to believe that when we bring what we have, God multiplies it beyond our imagining.

We Want to Hear from You
God always makes room for more. The question, of course, is room for more what?
In church each week from October 5 to April 5, our sermons will focus on what God might be calling us to make more room for in our lives. That’s where we need your help. Where do you need more room—in your own life, in our collective life, and what do you need to make more room for? Let us know! We will base our preaching each week on what is shared with us.
