Help Us Meet Our Goal!
Our goal is to have the North High School Food Pantry open every day!
We need your help to make sure that each week North High School students and their families can secure basic needs through the Food Pantry and Clothing Room. These two rooms provide essential items that have directly impacted on students’ ability to be successful at school by making sure students have food to eat, hygiene products and clothing.
How can you help?
- Consider volunteering from 2-3:30 p.m. on school days to provide coverage so the Food Pantry can be open for students.
- Help families obtain food at the Food Pantry on Tuesdays and Thursdays
from 9:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. - Assist in the Clothing Room on any school day between 8 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
If you have questions, please contact Kris Stoehr.
On April 8, First Serve, United Way and Akron Public Schools will sponsor a Spring Dinner and Egg Hunt for the North Hill Community. Please consider helping with this event. We need volunteers for setting up, serving and running the egg hunt.
