Adult Choirs

Our most prominent choir in the music ministry, this talented group sings a wide variety of repertoire ranging from early polyphony to contemporary choral music. Last year, we reached the finals of the WCLV Church Choir competition held annually at the Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist in downtown Cleveland. This year, we will be engaged in a chancel-switch with Federated Church in Chagrin Falls. The Chancel Choir requires a reasonably serious commitment to rehearsal and nearly-weekly service singing.

Men’s Ensemble: Last year, members of this group joined the Men of Independence as together they sang the National Anthem at an Indians’ game, Browns’ game and Cavs’ game. It was great fun. This group of over a dozen men will be joining forces this year with The Men of Chagrin to sing at home and at The Federated Church. The fellowship is terrific and the group sounds really good!

This is a very exciting year for the Handbell Choir. We have received over $7,000. worth of new bells and equipment, expanding our reach to 5 full octaves. We are looking for more players now to ring those extra bells! Come join us – no experienced necessary.
