Our Childcare Program provides care for children two-and-a-half years old by September 30th through kindergarten. Each full day session includes a morning and afternoon preschool class. Our well-balanced developmental curriculum includes language arts, music, art, science and math concepts. In addition, age appropriate Christian activities are incorporated into each preschool session. Special visitors such as nurses, dentists and the Hudson Fire Safety Department provide special programs to educate children on fire safety and healthy bodies. In addition, children enjoy attending local field trips. Meals are provided each day to include a nutritious breakfast, dinner-like lunch and afternoon snack.
Class sizes range from 10 – 14. Full day classes have a degreed teacher and teacher’s assistant responsible for each morning session through lunch time. Our degreed afternoon teachers and teacher’s assistants arrive during lunch time to set-up for the afternoon sessions. Small class sizes and scheduling our teachers in this unique manner are key to providing quality programming for each child. Children may attend part or full-time with a two day per week minimum. Children attending morning kindergarten in Hudson may enroll in our kindergarten enrichment class. Transportation is provided through Hudson Local Schools.
Our year round program operates Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. The fall session runs from late August through the second week of June. The summer session runs mid-June through mid-August. We observe major holidays and Christmas break.
Registration for the 2009-2010 fall session remains open. Summer registration begins in April each year. We invite you to call us at 330-342-3977 to schedule a tour, meet our staff and spend time observing in the classrooms.
