Dick began his responsibilities on October 1, 2005.  He did theological study at Princeton Theological Seminary (M.Div.) and the Hartford Seminary Foundation (Ph.D.).  In recent years he has served as Interim Pastor in various United Church of Christ churches and Presbyterian (U.S.A.) churches.  He and his wife, Arlene, live in Cuyahoga Falls.  Their daughter Karen Kelly and her family live in Hudson, and their son, Rick, and his family live in Bellbrook near Dayton.  Dick is a regular walker and loves sports, especially baseball.
