Dee has been Director of Children's Ministries since November of 2002. Dee has a Bachelor's of Science from St. Lawrence University in Canton, N.Y. She taught middle school and high school social sciences in a small town in the Adirondacks of New York State. She and her husband, Brad, have lived in Hudson since 1993 and have a son (also named Brad) who is attending High Point University in North Carolina and a daughter, Mary Kate, who attends Hudson High School.  The Buchanans own a variety of pets, including a new kitten named Anderson.  All of Dee's extra time is filled with gardening, her favorite past-time.
